What if I have a small following?
Each contest sets its own minimum follower count, platforms and eligibility requirements. Review the brief before you apply. A large following alone does not guarantee a prize.
Is my social media account safe when I connect it?
You authorize supported accounts through their social platform rather than giving Proffita your social-media password. Review the permission screen before approving. Permissions vary: Instagram includes publishing, insights and comment-management access; other supported platforms use profile, content or engagement access.
How are winners selected?
Brands validate the final performance board and confirm the highest-ranked eligible winners after the deadline. Compliance review does not change performance scores, and rankings never trigger automatic payouts. Read the rules, judging criteria and prize positions before creating.
What happens if I don’t win?
Contest prizes go to the selected winners, so entering does not guarantee payment. You can review your applications and submissions in your account and use the experience to refine your next campaign. Follow the campaign’s content-retention requirements even after submitting.
Are there fees?
Creating a creator account is free. Contest participation can be subject to your plan’s limits. Brands fund contest prizes and platform fees. Wallet withdrawals have configurable fees and minimum amounts; review the fee and net amount shown before confirming a request.
How do I receive my reward?
Selected winners receive a credit in their Proffita wallet when the brand completes the contest. You can request a withdrawal using your configured payout destination. Requests are processed through the withdrawal workflow; bank arrival times are not guaranteed to be instant or same day.
Which social platforms can I connect?
Proffita supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook authorization flows. Availability depends on platform setup and account eligibility. Each contest lists the platforms it accepts.
When are winners announced?
The submission deadline closes entries. The brand then completes the contest and selects its winners. A deadline is not a guaranteed payout date; follow the contest’s rules and notifications for its results.
